Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Flownwing we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. If you are experiencing any shipping or products issues, and you’re feeling frustrated, then please send us an email and our team will assist you right away.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble. 

====================>> RETURN POLICY <<====================

Contact us at customer@flownwing.com before returning any items. The products must be in the same condition. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 30 minutes. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

====================>>    Warranty   <<========================

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident
  • Improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
  • After-market modifications

No returns/exchanges for products with water exposure will be accepted.

====================>> REFUND POLICY <<====================

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24h of evaluation.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is visible in your account, due to factors that we can't control (bank processing times, etc.). If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days since we issue it, please contact us at customer@flownwing.com

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You have 24h after you received it to apply for an exchange if you're eligible. After that, we can't be sure you didn't damage it yourself and an exchange won't be possible anymore. Please send us some pictures that reflect the issue. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer@flownwing.com and send your item. Email us for more information.

Before returning items to us, please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. 

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
